wanna use ead/AP for travelling ante e mestri gaddu Vaddu.. stamping ke vellu ani.. chala overAction..

vaddu inka diagloue ela... meku apply chedam ye ekkuva.. use chesukunta ante nenu accept cheyanu ani face medha telling..

oka pyshco lekka behaving veddu.. kadupu mantaa gallu.. stamping ki emo dates dorukavu..

CBP will admit you in parolee status for 1 yr and you extend i94 by filing H1B extension

ma employer gadu.. I won't accept ani face medha telling.. I am okay to use it kani ah picchi thukglak gadi em chepina vinadu..

why should you tell your employer?

just enter on AP

when we use AP.. no longer h1b kada.. so payroll run cheyali kada vaddu ead medha ne.. however v need inform kada always ..  mana life ni control chese mahanubavulu kada

Paina cheppindi ardham kaaledu anukunta neeku: "You can just use AP to enter USA and continue filing H1B extension. This is verified with lawyer. Only rule is if you use GC EAD for employment you can’t go back to H1B. "

 

You dont need to use EAD. you can continue on H1

You can use AP and continue on h1 . Manam koncham updated lekunte mestri tokkestharu.

U can use AP and still stay on H1B. This was confirmed by a tope employer legal firm and many people also travelled that way.
