You cannot I think you can have new eb1 processed but cannot upgrade a eb2 to eb1 afaiak

Only priority date is portable. But all the rest is like a brand new process.

You have to show overseas managerial experience in same company if I am correct nit that easy

During Covid, I know some folks who were offered a position in Canada for one year to meet that overseas managerial experience criteria. Thanks to lock down restrictions, they fulfilled that criteria by residing in vomerica.

Accenture lo maa friend ki EB1C lo vachindi GC. He was a director in India and was leading a team in Accenture Bangalore, now they sponsored his EB1C and entire family[wife+2 kids] got GC and he is now leading team in Atlanta. 

US lo adugu petta konda vachindi GC. But he said lot of bootlicking and nakifying is needed. Not every manager/director can get it anta.

Currently it’s current. After 5 long years. It can retrogress too if you look at it from historical data perspective. But yeah pd doesn’t matter if he files today.

Ledhu, GC is a separate process. H1B koda ledu. Accenture just needs to prove he manages a big team in Bangalore and Atlanta lo koda big accenture team ni lead chestadu ani.
