This is bound to happen. I saw Coimbatore and Mysore trying hard during 2005-2015 to replace or at least create an alternative agianst a highly concentrated clusters of Chennai, Bang etc.

This is not so easy as employees will be reluctant to relocate and companies will have many restrictions to relocate to such location creating a chicken and egg problem..

To make the things worse, TDPs real estate investors invited HCL like companies to sell their lands.

Yesu Reddy tried to reverse what ever gains Pulkas made in Gannavaram which is hot bed of hard-core Pulka fanatics.

Gannavaram IT park is next to airport. The best location any IT park can dream off and the previous governemnt granted IT. Lot of quality engineering students to fill the roles right away. At one time they had more than 1800 jobs to fill for local students..visa raani prathi vadu joined their and commuted from Vijayawada
