True. Plenty of house for rent in market. Inventory raising. Most of these are Investment homes or owners moving on to bigger homes. This might prompt them to put the house on market. Even if they got for lower interest rates, they have to pay mortgage. Lets see how it goes.

umm... Rental homes in CA does not make sense. You get a shed for $1M.
