HSA is pre-tax kabatti you will save 1.5k if you max out on HSA which is 8.3k in 2024.

You can auto invest HSA account which will grow over time.

undhia ga clear ga ...1.5k 401k savings and 1k medical insurance related costs.

Medical - 1.1K

401k - 1.4k

for a guy who is crying not able to pay credit card bills, 401k contribution of 17k/year is ridiculous. Most companies matches only 4% so 5% of 115k =~ 5.7k contribution is more than enough.

medical ki kuda 500/mo for family untundi for fulltime, mari Patel anna friend em insurance teskunnado.

Edo logics adige sariki 5.5 balance kosam adjusted numbers la unnai avi.

Last night sitting lo friend shared his expenses every month. he is very active on Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok all the time.

- House Mortgage Payment - $3800 for next 30 years

- TESLA payment - $1300 for next 5 years

- Utility bills(Gas, water, power, Internet, phone)  - $500

- Auto Insurance - $150

-Take home salary - Net $5500 after 401k, health and other deductions.

he is unable to clear credit card bills because there is no room to pay for the Monthly, groceries, shopping and other miscellaneous expenses.

in simple, your friend will accumulate debt overtime

he will sell his home for 650K and be back to apartment, any profit he made will be used to pay off his debt

there is no way he will sustain that home

sab chalta hai kind of folks will end up like this.
