Onsite consultants meeda focus now. Why we need them and why can’t we replace them with offshore esp when everyone is remote. That’s the justification companies are asking their teams

Offshore Resources dorkagaane odili 10gutaar. From comany side its huge budget benefits why would they pay more. These onsite guys choosing remote are forcing companies to look for cheap options. 2024 lo kooda full layoffs aithaai.

Exactly its a huge cost cutting and their stocks jump higher increasing company valuation
