US laws employment etc are more stringent compared to other Asian Latin nations... intak mundu offshore undatam veru ippudu untadam veru.. earlier days it was only operations and support teams.. ippudu even development teams kuda moving, ma company lo 4 major products never saw Development center out of US for last 3 deceades.. but e year, we setup design and product dev teams in Pune and Banglore.... hearing same across other companies from Bay Area....and even MSFT Quote

Lot of differences in working style, working ethics , culture language ,expectations. my point is US clients tried this already but the quality and communication are not meeting their expectations, may be this time its different. And they have these offshore offices from many many years. over the years if remote worker's quality in US goes down then it may workout. we have to wait and see Quote
