Very easy to learn. Most of the new age tools are configuration driven and milestones very intuitive. See YouTube videos and udemy.

naa bathuku antha nenu introvert ga sachanu baa! Can I do PO job?

As long as you can speak well in meetings about work it should not be an issue

tech always helps, if you learn salesforce or something else you can try for tech PO/PM jobs in that space if you do not like coding

Bro nenu kuda QA Selenium from last 15 years. QA inka bore kottindhi and coming years lo getting job in QA/Selenium market also will be difficult. inka QA jobs ekkuva vundavu and AI will replace anipistundhi.. paina @Konebhar6 cheppinatlu salesforce or workday or Mulesoft are better. nenu Mulesoft self learning start chesa.. If you know API's then Mulesoft is good. I remember you said some time back your also work in selenium and good in java. My suggestion is better to move out from this QA selenium and learn salesforce/ Mulesoft. As per my knowledge there are many people in salesforce but very less in Mulesoft.

Mulesoft, Apigee etc chala untayi, open source tools koodu using ippudu companies

API gateways are used at most tech companies now a days but future ela untundo cheppalem since they are just tools

oka 3-4 years varaku should be ok I guess

Sales force - Easy coding, easy to learn, Lots of jobs but many people in market. Billing-Decent

Workday - Easy  to learn, not that many people in market. Billing - better

Mulesoft - You need to put in some effort to learn, but once you learn its easy. Good billing in market.

Even if you are an introvert, you can look for Product Owner, Analyst roles as long as your comm skills are good. If not you can ignore them and go for coding.

any best course can you pls recommend in udemy Thank you
