He should reduce the price by 10K each week until he gets an offer. Housing market is pretty hot in South Forsyth. North Forsyth is a different story

em east facing kaka.. centralised ac kadu. Kitchen fully open type and cabinets so so ga undi.. vinyl flooring.. basement ledu.. our desis look for this first to get second income.. Roofing low quality unnatlu undi.. Photo 19, bath tub enti chikki poyi undi.. Washer and dryers mana kaka konnada leka builder ichinda.. not newest model they take hell of power. if they energy star compliant then fine. Building plan pettin unte vastu chosesi undochu.. Overall House is not bad.. He may need to wait for sometime. Ask him do not spend any money for the upgrade etc. the agents will try to sell it but it waste of money.

ee community location velli chudadam jarigindi.. location is very far from all city spots..  community lo chala desi families unnai and looks very innocent and FOMO batch.. but lot of the people closed homes in mid 600 price range in 2021 to 2023 and build quality of homes average undi..

actual worth of these homes are like 350k - 400k

I feel all these people will heavily loose money after elections if there is any shake in the real estate market. 

aw kaka.. they need to wait for long period to get their investment back..
