Mortgage Interest Rates went up 0.5%-1% up over last 2 weeks. 

No offers for Pre-owned homes listed in the market and Lots of New Construction projects are on the cards. 

Looks like Housing market started to go towards South. watch out. Do not Over Pay or do biddings kind of stupid stuff.
