Avunu bhayya. Vere city lo job vaste they can do rent for this house or family in Dallas but he can continue to work for sometime in other city kada. But I agree it’s a very difficult situation papam with kids and everything.

Bro how is it possible..rent 3500$ kante maximum evadu pay cheyadu.. monthly mortgage around 5200$ ..bokka malli.

very true...renting is a bad idea...single family homes are not investment properties unless you are swimming in black money...

Question is the purchasing parties are mostly h1b young couples.. who will never get gc in next 15 years ..

i don't want to go into internal details how people spend money but question is still valid, if you can only save 90k in 9 years how do you survive after retirement (not including kids college age costs). I hope the 10k per year savings is after mortgage, 401k, 529 etc.
