5 years is not small. See if she can get anyone to work with her. Best desi trainers.

may be she is not putting effort to learn on given tasks..tension padi depending on help too much?? ala ayithe assalu nerchukolemu..

 

She has put some effort and learn on her own....ask her to follow basic java coding exercises on udemy or youtube...

 

I seen some OPT's in my office... bindas enjoy chetsharu..weekend trips, cricket, adhi idhi ani...lazy sale galu motham support medha depend avutharu.. it will become very difficult later for them to survive.

5 years chesthundi ante i think its just confidence and lack of hands-on practice.... just jump in the pool without floats, she will struggle for few months but will do on her own. 

no need to do any trainings, learn on the job.

I think she is not in the right technology as its been years and multiple projects with no progress. Realtime projects lo subject raledu antey change the technology
