How many phones are allowed Hyderabad airport

Traveling with 2kids this May to hyderabad. Carrying my 2 iPhones 13 unlocked and me carrying one phone. Can we tell customs the other 2 phones are for kids watching cartoons or will I have pay money.

any recent experiences at hyd airport.
