Cardiologist/Gastroenterologist in cities like Atlanta make 1 to 1.5 million per annum. There are few Telugu young doctors who done their MBBS in India 🇮🇳 came to US for residency making that money at the age of 36-37.

My cousin works 20 days a month and makes close to 700 k he is a doctor. 
his wife a doctor makes another 500 k 

When you look at them outside you won’t even believe they are high earner , they still drive Honda and Toyota. 
 

also have a cousin who is in start up who is close to million with stock options 

hearing more and more people with half million to million  per year earnings
