ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ మహిళలు దేశానికే ఆదర్శంగా ఉండాలనే సదుద్దేశంతో మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు డ్వాక్రా గ్రూపులను ఏర్పాటు చేశారని టీడీపీ నేత ధూళిపాళ్ల నరేంద్ర కుమార్ పేర్కొన్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఈ గ్రూపుల పేరుతో ‘జే గ్యాంగ్’ బోగస్ దందాకు పాల్పడుతోందని ఆరోపించారు. ఈమేరకు శుక్రవారం రాత్రి పొన్నూరులో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన ప్రజా చార్జ్ షీట్ కార్యక్రమంలో ధూళిపాళ్ల మాట్లాడారు. జగన్ కు ఇచ్చిన ఒక్క ఛాన్స్ విలువ రూ.2,540 కోట్లని విమర్శించారు. మహిళల పేర్లతో జే గ్యాంగ్ బోగస్ గ్రూపులు ఏర్పాటు చేసి ప్రభుత్వ సొమ్మును లూఠీ చేస్తున్నారని మండిపడ్డారు.

రూ. వంద కోట్ల రుణాలను తీసుకున్నారని, ప్రభుత్వం ఈ రుణాలకు జమచేస్తున్న వడ్డీని కాజేస్తున్నారని చెప్పారు. బ్యాంకులకు టోపీ పెడుతున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. ఈ అక్రమాలపై ఫిర్యాదు చేసినా ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు తీసుకోవడంలేదని, అక్రమాలకు పాల్పడిన వారి పేర్లు చెబితే బెదిరింపులకు పాల్పడుతున్నారని తెలిపారు. కమీషన్లు తీసుకుంటూ ఈ అక్రమార్కులకు కిలారి వెంకట్ అండగా ఉంటున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. ‘నా అక్కచెల్లెమ్మలు’ అంటూనే జగనన్న తన ఏజెంట్ కిలాడీ కిలారి ద్వారా చేసిన నయవంచనకు తగిన బుద్ధి చెప్పే రోజు దగ్గర్లోనే ఉందని ధూళిపాళ్ల పేర్కొన్నారు.
