I am not talking about abusing. Now a days it’s very common. 
Before elections, KTR mentioned referring to Revant and congress - are you day dreaming about coming to power, etc etc. It’s the people who decide the mandate. People may not have liked someone talking for them.

Same after elections. Edo luck lo ela gelustaru? Respect people’s mandate, accept it and come to reality. That’s what I referred to as Balupu.

Do you think congress party said he is the cm candidate? He said same nuvvu ani teliste mogga bi esetolu kadu ani. What is balupu in it? Balupu ante ni party ni bondha pedta, next 10 years daka nene cm ani annadu kada Adi grudha balupu matalu ante.

If he said that, it would be his downfall. Any source? I have not seen him say things like that ... But I have seen plenty of KTR/Harish  where they talk like this.
