Why Sandranna would take alliance with a guy who could hardly win? Flowerstar helped Sandranna win in 2014. He couldn’t win in 2019 because Zaganna hype wave. But things are different now.

Because Baboru is unable to take the risk of split in Kapu vote, if PK were to go alone. Things are not very different now, just because media blows them to be. Sure there is some negativity on Jagan, but he stood by the navaratnalu schemes which will fetch him votes again. Another thing is Kapus are not going to vote Baboru and PK unanimously. There sure will be a split in their vote, and this whole Kapu circus will drive formidable castes like Setti Balija (Mandapeta, Ramchandrapuram area), Koppula Velama , Kalingalu (Uttra Andhra) towards YCP. Even more Gollalu, and other BC castes who are beneficiaries of Jagan schemes will likely stick to Jagan again, which is why Jagan is very confident. He may hit over 95 comfortably. Things will get more interesting if TDP rebel candidates who lost seats to PK say for eg. Boorugupalli Sesha Rao from Tanuku, whose followers say they will  cross vote to YCP.
