CBN develop chesthe prajalu Enduku 23 istaru… 1999-2004 term was equally horrible too.
 

CBN just marketed Hitech city and despite that tall claims he needed Vajpayee’s wave to help him win 1999. He just scraped through in 2014 with Modi wave and PK’s help. CBN faced couple of the worst defeats in AP history (2004, 2019). What does that tell about his governance? Just don’t blindly clap for CBN. He doesn’t have a single signature scheme to tel after being a CM for 14 years.
