Planning to buy around 10 acres in the area of Jangon. per acre 40L and total cost would be around 4CR.

Agriculture land prices stagnate ayyayi. Last 2-3 years nundi aa 40L range lo ne vunnayi. 2019-20 aa time lo double, triple ayyayi. In my opinion, Long term lo mari antha drastic jump vundakapovachu. 

Enduku agriculture land lo invest cheddam anukuntunnaru? Just for returns or interested in agriculture?

Okka 5 acres konu bro, mighta amount nearby city lo open plot(s) tisko. Don’t go for agriculture land if no one is there to take care of. Pakka polamodu, every year, Okka half acre migesthadu, if no one is there to take care of.

In this Era, Never buy agricultural land unless you know the pros and cons completely. If you are an NRI then forget it. Unless you have plans to do farming don’t buy and  it’s not worth the risk. You will not get peace of mind if nobody is looking after it!!
