the patient has shuffling gait that is small steps much smaller compared to normal stride so measuring stride length is also diagnostic, and walk as is someone has pushed them from behind as if they are falling front and but slow to start the walking movement and almost stops before reaching the target that is they don't reach the destination

the swinging of arms is very minimal as if stiff

they feel very difficult to turn to other direction while walking , turn the whole body as a mass while turning
