everybody in my community are new .i.e they moved in 2-3 years from other states.

              1. year one -- tornado vachi fences gone.  ---> insurance rates gone up both car and home.

              2. year one -- heat ki backyard fire ----> no major damage but malli fence are burnt  --- > insurance rates gone up.

             3.  year two --> full heavy hail storm , roof for most of east and west facing are gone or only one more storm away ( these are brand new homes) , most of them are getting inspected

car and home insurance have gone up all over country.. dallas is not exception. Tornado vacchi fences gone ante, very few homes actually had tornado touchdown. sikkim bumper lottery. congrats

backyard lo fire is not even remotely common.... cigarette taagi padesara ? or backyard cooking ? ( your negligence or neighbour negligence)

Hail storm few days back ayyindi and only very few communities are impacted... if you are in that then sikkim bumper lottery. congrats

I would say they are unlucky or you are cooking stories in backyard again , don't blame dallas.
