Last 5 years nunchi too many climate related issues everywhere.. hail or storms or even snow used to be very rare events in Texas.. ipudu every year happening.. on top of it, too many insurance claims made by people (some real and many fraud) increased the insurance rates for everyone..

sarle va....ppl like you vellipothe....home prices thagguthayi...along with it home insurance prices too.  hail and tornados are not new to that area.   what is new is the high immigration into the state
