1) Avignon community by aston woods. Community is cringe with crowded lots. 700+ ki 0.1 acre with schools being 6,5,6 ratings

2) toll bros in Sterling pointe is 1.5million+. 

Can atlanta experts explain whats so special about cummings? They say south forsyth has best schools but barely I could find a community which has got all 9's or 10's
