I didn’t see that you need to mail the original passport. Just copy. It says sign but the instructions doesn’t say sign. How can a 3 month old sign their passport?

No need to send passport. Parents sign the page 3 of passport with baby names and signature in brackets. Adi scan chesi and malli self attest chesi pampali
