insurance chesedi only for constructed area. a amount same or 30% perigi undochu

but they are doubling here and in case of CA leaving the state because they dont want to follow certain rules mandeted by CA due to natural calamities

Insurance companies work on the assumption that only 2-3% of their customers make claims.. they will lose money if just more than 5% make claims.. 

you pay $100 for your car insurance… but in case of an accident, you claim at least few thousands (say 10K) .. he has to get that from 100 more people..
