LLC or S crop pettali ante.. Jan to March months lope pettala..( 3 months window).. other wise we have to wait another ahh.. correct ah?? oka CPA gadu chepadu

I heard an LLC can shield you if your tenants sue.

That is correct. Also if there are any other litigations against the prot..it’ll go to LLC rather you directly.
