#This is not true. If you were to buy that logic, ask yourself, why would Jagan choose Vizag? He  could have chosen any city where he can buy land at throw away prices and multiply it 10 gold or more by making it a Capital. Vishakapatnam is already a costly city, and it's even more cosmopolitan. It already has markup in land prices too. Also, Vishakapatnam has good amount Kamma and Kapus business community who are doing well and benefits from making it a Capital. There is no special advantage for Jagan  Vishakapatnam has land scarcity too due to sea proximity and presence of Naval base there and yet none of these factors stopped Jagan.

I’d prefer to see that change as well. Some don’t interact with Media. Jagan was that way even before becoming the CM. Just interviews for National Media and nothing to local except Sakshi at times. Modi doesn’t interact with Media either. 
 

I’d like to see Jagan giving time to interact with people for some time daily. Because he was among people before becoming CM.

He cannot choose any other city when the sole reason amaravathi was removed capital status is because of lack of infra and more money needs to be invested in Amaravthi in order to ramp up infra. In order to counter that he cannot choose any other city right? The only option and the best option left is Vizag

Why can't he choose Vijayawada? Tirupathi? Kakinada? 

Also if it was only about YCP doing RE, he could have made settlement with Baboru or his financiers and would have continued there. Well this is not to say YCP guys and Jagan doesn't have RE interests, but Jagan is not that mad to build a city for RE.

Only YSR was accessible to people every day. I don’t recall CBN ever doing it.
