manaku lobby cam choopiyyaledu, if they walked out of the lobby with the cart, then shop lifting confirm. I don't think shoprite will fight this with a lawyer. Judge might not even see the cam, only police notes.

 

They will be released. 

Judge will go with the police report. They trust police more than the words of these people. If these people can afford a lawyer its a different case, but they may not.

Lawyer fees for this case are typically just $1000 to $2000.

This is a very minor case. The judge will likely reduce the charge from shoplifting to a much lesser offense.

Hopefully, they have learned their lesson and will never shoplift again in their life. The only significant repercussion in this case is the video recording posted on YouTube. If there were no video recording, no one would have known about this.
