This is a very minor case. The judge will likely reduce the charge from shoplifting to a much lesser offense.

Hopefully, they have learned their lesson and will never shoplift again in their life. The only significant repercussion in this case is the video recording posted on YouTube. If there were no video recording, no one would have known about this.

 

 

That’s not bad. A friend paid 20k for DUI. Where lawyer did nothing.

There are tons of videos of white people being charged for shoplifting too in YouTube.

No need to start using race card in this case. The police did their job fairly in this case.
