Peddireddy was a lone warrior in the district…  big time rival for YSR and hence Kiran too. He proved his mettle conducing the Congress Plenary as DCCB chairman. That is how he remained in the good books of AICC.

Peddireddy gurinchi telusu kabatti cheptunna… he is very efficient , check how he swept all elections in Kuppam. 
 

Amarnatha Reddy moved back to TDP because of him. Kiran was groomed and encouraged by YSR against Peddireddy. Even CK Babu is in not in YCP because of him.

Majority of the district was against him because of YSR before.  Jagan is the reason why Peddireddy got ministry since Midhun and he are close friends. 

One day before YSR death, there was a meeting in Chittoor at CK Babu’s home asking everyone to put their differences aside and work together. 
 

I seriously doubt if Peddireddy asked for favors from Kiran knowing the rivalry for a long time.

Peddireddy is small fellow ani Kiran tammudu chepedu he never became minister before until 2009 

Whereas Kiran was chief Whip and speaker before him and also won elections consecutively peddireddy lost once
