agree @Sucker   But that makes him to stay at least in USA for 6months/yr right,, with GC. If elected he has to stay away from constituency for 6mo least.. or there any workaround for this too?

Can you give a source for that?I can't see it anywhere on the internet.

When amar raja itself is valued around 2 billion dollars ,I find 600$ for a targeted edu company as too high.

its the go to edu company for all the usmle exams, and their revenue is 50-60 million a year. So a company with less to no competition and a market leader with consecutive profits over the years is not a big deal to get a valuation around 600 million
