Keys are 

  • Eat healthy. Get some exercise daily - Enjoy unhealthy food too as long as you get a little more exercise.
  • Be happy, be content with in your limits. Enjoy luxuries in life too but within means without putting too much stress.
  • Set your priorities right. Should be Kids, family and friends. Wine and dine. Personal goals, professional goals that are achievable.

Workout em chestunnav? Walking, threadmill, gym, etc?

Whats your diet? Eat less or changed the food you eat?
