Soccer adalante stamina baga undali. Office lo coleague (Italian) regular ga adatadu. Plays in some league's. The things he does to stay fit. Veggie plant based diet. Has special shoes made ($500), etc. Very fit though.

Very much agreed .. daily 30-mins kuda allot cheyalenantha busy evvaru undaru .. it’s all in one’s mind .. either walking or yoga or weights edho okati cheyali 5-6 days/week 

avtually the workout provides relief ..
