Ee go(in case true) tho ownership ki vachina problem ento naaku ardham avvadam. Owners can sell it, take loans on it and do everything they are currently doing. Only diff is owners will not have original doc.  Its kind of digitalization.  If not today, it will mostly implemented in next 10-20 years.

Correcte but what will happen to all those registrations during this period. Not giving original papers is a dangerous sign. 

Most of the officers during YCP period became corrupted they even shared the EC credentials to the politicians to create fake voters. Is there a guarantee that a prime land records can not be tampered by these goons?.

Yes the problem is how are you going to ensure the ownership of a land if the admin changes the ownership. Admin has the capacity to Suppress the SMS alert and login credentials. If the guy is corrupted that's it. Xerox papers are not going to help you out.as no one considers as a original now. Admin has the power to lock the land records so that it is not visible to others or can not sell it or not eligible for loan or not eligible for registration. Also how much privacy you are going to have? If the govt wants to target a person they can simply ask the admin to pull all the land records in your name and target all those properties.  I am seeing this as a weapon to target oppositions properties. You saw how the fake voters were created in Tirupati constituency by using Credentials from EC dept.
