Indigo service started as part of Udan Scheme of central government and central government is covering losses. The same scheme applies to 100 airports across the country. Many aircraft services across the nation are stopped because the viability gap funding scheme is expired for certain airports. This has nothing to do with Jagan or CBN. But the main problem is that Farmers gave lands to Govt in Amaravathi and Govt cannot go back on their word.
