yemdoing
kind of paying mortgage on a home which is in vacation spot. Multiple parties will own it and reserve the days when they want to spend days there. ex: a home in Miami will be owned by 50 parties. All will pay monthly fee, tax, maintenance etc... All 50 parties will get to spend n number of days in a year for free. timeshare meetings ki pothey they give nice gifts, saying no at the end is hard part.

What's a timeshare ?? Don’t go to timeshare presentations. They attract people to attend with incentives. They will squeeze you to sign up for one. no01
Vegas okkate kaadu, Cancun/Hawaii/Amusement parks etc etc anni holiday destinations lo untai. Nuvvu hotel/resort lo checkin ayyaka on the way out, some ppl will approach you with local dining coupons and try to be nice with giving directions to your room/parking lot/info on your holiday destination etc...But these ppl actually timesharing ppl and then they will give 2 mins intro and ask you to attend a demo session for 1+ hr same day or next day. They offer you free admission to park or accommodation in their chain of resorts worldwide or any holiday activity like Hawaii lo we were offered free tickets to Helicopter ride / whale watching cruise ticket etc. U r not obliged to sign or take up their timesharing scheme...just listen to their demo session and simply walkout saying I am not interested and for that 1+hr time, they will give above free tickets as I mentioned......this is what they say n how they trap you. ilage nenu vella oka time sharing ki with my wife.....2+hrs mind dengs...oka range lo neeku presentation istharu, u feel like wow, what a cheap way of going to vacations ani....5 star accomodation for next these many yrs for less money ani. But its a scam...end lo u will understand slowly. inka from that point they will literally force u to signup...if u say NO, ninnu psychologically entha humiliate cheyyalo (chaala careful ga) vallaki thelusu....1% shy unte chaalu, u r done n dusted. JUST AVOID that free presentation
