It is a known fact that South India is often neglected and ignored compared to the Hindi belt… but again, those states need more funding as they didn’t develop even to decent standards like in the South or west India.. 

UP/Bihar/MP have huge population and are very poor..

Kanpur is developing

Now Ayodhya is also developing

MP - BJP is in power from last 15 years thats their fault

It takes generations to bring people out of poverty and to lower middle class to middle class to upper middle class… we are kind of lucky to live in the KG delta and we also have Hyd as a growth engine… not all states are that lucky..

Not really.. the central govt is taking too much debt to fund these kind of projects including infrastructure, army upgrades, etc.. 

of course, post pandemic all countries in the world are doing the same.. US debt has increased multiples..
