Genuine ga invest chesevaallu short term gains kosam invest cheyyaru. Hyd lo kooda it took a while to reap benfits. I am from TG, bought a plot in Sep/Oct 2023 when I realized the current Govt is going to change. Bought it for 19.5K/Sq yard in prime area. Thanks to Jagga. Now, the same plot is of worth 35K/Sq yard. It will go above 40K after June 4th. I wanted to buy another two around the same time. My father dragged it and the prices shot up. Bought another 2 recently, one is registed, another to be registed by the end of this month. Total of 2120 Sq yards within capital city. And another 400 Sq yards just outside. Planning to keep 3 plots and going to sell one after June 4th. I had zero knowledge abour Amaravathi before 2023 June. Now, I knew every inch of that place, and the possibities of quick gains, long term gains there. Even if the Amaravati doesn't take the shape they intended to, there is huge potentional in some places around Amaravati.

well it may go opposite if jaffa wins...you would have better off if invested around tadepalli and Gnt-Vjw highway

Tried that also and wasted almost 1.5 month on one property near Gnt-Vjw highway. There were some issues (not all siblings signed for regitration before the current seller). After that I thought it is safe to buy within capital city. One is outside capital city, it will not too much impact if jaffa wins. Recent ga theesukunna 2 plots, Govt change avuthundhi ani nammakam vacchake theesukunna. Rendu market rate ki thakkuva vacchayi, that's another tempting factor. Okati, I may sell even before June 4th. Andhuke late registration pettukunnam.

I would suggest to sell one at least before june 4th to be on safe side...and the assumption you are making that it will go beyond 40k is just a speculation....It all depends on the initiatives taken by the new gov
