Whoever is saying…..capital cannot be built from scratch…..if you and me are still alive and this website is still alive 20 years from now, we will then talk, what is the capital of AP, what was it like in 2024. Every part of hyderabad that is in peak real estate today was once said “akkada evadu ra kontadu, ooru bayata ekkado undi, hyd kaadu adi”. You might not relate to this if you have not experienced it.

I am not for or against Amaravathi, but its very much possible to build a world class city from scratch in a span of 20 years wherever that is.

I am not for or against YCP or TDP but everybody knows if the 20 yrs cycle needs to start for the state, who is best eligible to start it off, the problem is that guy doesnt have 20 yrs left in him, takeover from him has to be strong as well, not local pappu.

Cities in AP and Telangana have touched the peak already. It is highly unlikely that Hyderabad would sustain the same growth as the last 7 or 8 years.  There will not be any correction but the growth will be super slow. 

It is better to invest in Tier 2 Cities in AP (If you already live there) or invest in Amaravathi if you are looking for growth (If TDP wins)
