Irrespective of place, land value will increase. Even with Amaravati. 

However people should not fall for the marketing and buy them for multiples of 2X, 3X .. 10X of what it was a few months back.

TDP two times consecutive ga vasthe land around Amaravathi will do great in long term or even will do well in short term.
