1] Collected data from 2019 elections. Categorised areas of their constituency on three different levels A] Pro-YCP B] Neutral C] Not YCP.

2] High-level focus from Volunteers on pro-YCP areas. And another 10% neutral percent voters meedha next priority. 3rd category meedha focus konchem thakkuva. very nominal. YCP weak unna constituencies loki strong unna population transmigration by providing them govt built homes.

3] Constant monitoring of the mood and opinions of 1st and 2nd category. Sachivalayam lo meetings and review by I-pac from last 18 months. Forwarded this information to YCP leadership. Potentially removed MLA's from ticket aspirants list. If they are not interacting enough with this section of voters.

4] In addition to this, Muslim and minority 7% last time YCP ki unte....They are targetting atleast 9% out of 10....

5] On election date, Money was distributed to only 1 and 2 category. Vehicles were provided to mobilize and provide transportation anta....Instead of giving 2000 rupees to all. They rather gave 4,000 rupees to people who they can rely on.....

6] Final target was to ensure maximum polling from these categories. Single vote kuda miss avvakudadu ani orders....

Vallu vote vesthe pakka win aniiii YCP hopes. Vallu plate pirayistheee anything can happen.

I am not sure if this is applicable to all constituencies. But this info came from a associate of decent size YCP leader from Kurnool.

True. Good point.

But in comparision kootami poll booth management was worse. They solely relied on anti-Jagan vote. That’s it.

This strategy will never work in the field. Everyone will ask for Money @4000 per vote. If they say we don't want to pay you, people will

1) stop the party from distributing funds.

2) they will make a big fuss in front of everyone

Unless the distribution was done during the transit in vehicles. Not sure how they distributed. As far as I know volunteers took a central role yet again.

Even in 2019....Around 40% of polled voters still did not vote for Jagan. I dont expect them to vote this time as well.
