You don't need a Green Card and can keep working on a TN for indefinite time theoretically (Extension denials usually occur if you develop an immigrant intent). TNs too have too much fraud going on especially on IT side. But Canada is a subsidiary of USA inc practically with visa waiver, meaning Canadians don't need Visa on their passport, be it B, H, TN, L1 The only way TN is going away is going away if Tatah come out of USMCA /NAFTA. For something that you propose to happen Canadian government needs to denaturalize Indians.

I didn’t say you need a green card to work.. but if in case he decides to apply for a green card, he has to go back in the line with everyone else..  TN is still a temporary visa which has to be extended every 3 years.. may be it doesn’t have all the issues that come with h1’s

TN for Canadians is a status (not visa, no stamp is required). That was also in a partial response to banning Indians on TN.  Canadians of Indian origin can't be banned unless US blanket imposes trade blockade on Canada. You don't need a Green Card necessarily to live and work in the US or even establish a business being a Canadian.  

For Indians on H1B it's slightly different story as you cannot have an H1B for more than 6 years so you have to force apply for a Green Card.

most US companies don’t hire h1’s an f1’s directly.. they only hire consultants who already worked for them for quite some time and proved themselves valuable.. very very few ppl get hired directly..

Fraud is fraud. No two ways about it. Many didn't join consultancies to work in the US as well. I'm not in IT haven't worked in a consultancy, yet American employers hired me. 

Somalis and Moslems are a different story. They threaten welfare state, but with bulk of H1B low Wage employees (cheap labour /body shops per American resistance/highly skilled per MSM), the middle class America is threatened. It's mainstream for that reason.

Wrong. Indian IT consultancies simply enable cheap labour and ruin the system by gaming it. British ruled using force first.
