Plss Help

I am working as a consultant on OPT ext, the client offered me a full time will there be any problem if accept it.
Please help.

Does he know you are on OPT?? IF he knows that then no problem.

But if he thinks that you are on H1 with your employer, then it would be a problem as he has to do a H1 Transfer!

He thinks I am on H1, so I am trying it to explain it to my team lead(American). Dont know how it goes? But I dont want to miss this opportunity.  :(

Then I dont think its a good idea to take up full time. they will ask for your previous H1 approval for a full time employment, which you obviously do not have.
If the company is not understanding enough, inni days cheat chesinav ani case estharu!
