the last firmware Jb.com supports is 4.0.1.
For 4.3.3,
software - snowbreeze
modem firmware - 5.13.X
if you already updated to 4.3.3 then u cant unlock the iphone unless u instll the ipad firmware. This will install 6.XX modem firmware onto your iphone and once this is done you can come back to your original 3gs firmware, so no more updates to your phn and the GPS also doesnt work on this type of unlock. So you better stay where you are.
