Hi All,

I'm into application packaging and wanted to learn a new technology. So thought of learning VMware but now I dont know where to start from. Please suggest me where to start from or what would be better for a guy from my background. Have a decent knowledge on Windows and AD and currently working on Virtualization/Packaging.
