up lo anta educated leru bhayya.. mana kanna mareee daarunam akkada.... main reason enti ante mayawati is behind all the scene... adi intakamundala supports the NDAand served as railway minister and given support to ocngree from 2004 to 09 because they had ordered a CBI into er alleged assets.. so she supports congress.. and at the same time she won as cm in up.. all think that there might be chance for hang in assembly.. then they think bjp and mayawati will be on one side or mulayam sing yadav former up cm and congress will be on one side lie that.. but by surprise mayawati got clear majority and became cm without any support and she made lot of mistakes like construction of his own statue with lot of money, maintianing security by paying huge amount of money and she has lot of money in the recent tenure and still now there are 2 to 3 CBI enquires are going on and 2 to 3 cases are pending in supreme court regarding the ill gotten assets...... so wt she decided is if small states are formed then she can easily can become cm again even for one state and can get maximum seats in next aseemble elexctions as wt NDA especially did during 1999 to 2004... still they are holding power in chattisgrh, uttaranchal etc like that even though around 1000 police officers was died in chattisgarh due to maoists.......

Politics pakkana pedithe, UP is the biggest state in India and can be the 5th biggest country (if it was a country) in terms of population. It is very difficult to govern such a big state by any reasonable means. So, its obvious that UP is one of the most backward states in India.
For good governance, we need de-centralization of powers and smaller administrative units which brings in more govt officials closer to people who will be easily accessible and also creates more employment opportunities in terms of govt jobs. It's a win-win situation for people socially and economically.
