Movie starts with Atul Kulkarni and his gang, who are most powerful gangs in city. Pawan Kalyan rocking entry with fight. Here afterwards, flash back starts.. Pawan’s become an orphan because his family members was killed by few goons. He wants to take revenge on them, for that he joined in Jackie Shroff. From childhood Jackie Shoroff, gives support to him to become a gang star and names as “Robert”. Robert grows up with revenge in his heart to kill those goons who killed his family members and become a mafia empire in Kolkata. Most probably he helped the people who suffered by people who damages the society.
Robert and Anjali Lavanya were friends from childhood because both are orphans. She loves Robert and propose to him but he rejects her love. Few scenes between Anjali Lavanya and Robert touches the audience hearts. From his childhood, Robert runs one plants nursery. Another heroines Sarah Jane Dias entrance. She applied for job in Robert plants nursery. In between these scenes, there was cute love story runs between Robert(Pawan Kalyan) and Sandhya (Sarah Jane Dias). Robert attracts towards Sandhya but couldn’t himself from falling in love with Sandhya.
Robert got difference with Jackie Shroff, due to some issues. Robert came out from Jackie gang. Main twist, Jackie Shroff son Munna (Adavi Seshu) entered. He killed the Robert childhood friend Anjali Lavanya. Finally, Robert knows all about this and kills Adavi Seshu. Jackie Shroff starts searching to kill the Robert but here another twist, Jackie Shroff gang only killed Robert family members and even Robert also finally knows that.
To kill the Jackie Shroff, Robert came back to his village. He changed his name as Jai Dev and started to execute his plan from there. Here another hilarious comedy character in the name Paparaydu (Brahmanandham) entered in to the scene. He is local police but had bad reputation in that village. Paparaydu is brother to Snadhya (Sarah Jane Dias). Lots of comedy scenes were came in between Jaidev and Paparaydu.
Finally, Jackie Shoroff finds where is Robert (Pawan Kalyan) staying. He kidnaps Sandhya (Sara Jane Dias) when she gone to Kolkata to know about Jaidev flash back. Huge fight between Robert and Jackie Shoroff Gang. At last, movie roads to climax by killing Jackie Shoroff and saves Sandhya from them.

As a Mafia leader and as a Lover to Sandhya in both roles he shows his talent. It is a feast to all pawan’s fan after a long time. Congrats to Pawan Kalyanfor giving a outstanding performance in Panjaa movie.[/color]

Anjali Lavanya: Not much important role and even she will be on screen totally 20 minutes only. But she become a turning point to movie before interval and remaining story also runs with her character. She did one item song “Veyira Cheyiveyira…” is really good and looks hot.
Adavi Seshu as Psychotic villain was excellent. People wont remember his old movie Karma because he looks totally different when comparing to his first movie. Its seems to have a good future to him in Telugu cinema. After long time, we got another one powerful villain to tollywood.
Brahmamandham as Paparaydu is hilarious. Brahmanadham entry makes Theater explodes with laughter. Even Jhansi character fine.
Remaining characters, Jackie Shoroff, Tanikella Bharani, Atul Kulkarni and Subbaraju were justified their roles.

He really excels in his direction work and we have appreciate him combining the Gangstar story and Love story with having lots of comedy in second half. Its not easy to run the movie having serious story, but he did it. We can find Vishnu Vardhan work in choosing the Cinematugraphy of PS Vinod and art work of Sunil Babu.[/color]
[font=verdana, sans-serif]We already judged the Yuvan Shankar Raja music even though his background music with Panjaa theme title song theme is really superb. Shyam Kaushal fights are thrilling especially in climax. Production values of Sanghamitra Arts and Arka Media are rich.[/font]
