The past few months have been talking so much of recession that even those who are normal are being forced into depression with this. But realistically speaking, the impact has not been that severe in India as many had feared to be.

Many say that it was the psychological paranoia that drove many companies to layoffs and payoffs here. However, the situation is said to be changing here and a revival of sorts is happening as Indians are realizing that it is not that bad after all.

Reports have been arriving of software companies revamping their measures and slowly they are also looking at hiring few professionals. Though it will take a long time for the whole economy to come into full swing for now the direction is heading in a positive manner which is encouraging, say business sources and observers.
