[b]Requirements
[/b].Knowledge of technical architecture of the Learning Management system - web servers, database servers, Data synch, and reporting servers
.Experience in installation of SumTotal LMS application on multiple web servers and database servers.
.Experience in the most recent versions of SumTotal LMS and has completed new installs, upgrades, trouble tickets and performance management.
.Integration of various technical components such as Data Synch tool and interfaces from various HR systems
.Learning Management System Administrator with knowledge of user accounts creation, user login process, Single Sign-on, and top level global system administrator rights within LMS
.Experience on data cleanliness and readiness for data migration

[b]Responsibilities
[/b].Interact with server team and database team to configure the servers and database according to LMS hardware/software requirements
.Interact with SumTotal and project resources and provide technical support during the LMS upgrade from SumTotal LMS 7.2 to 8.2.
.Responsible for deployment planning and go-live roll out.
