alaantidi...kanisam INDIAN NATION ni represent cheyyakunda...BCCI anee private controlled board team player ayina SACHIN TENDULKAR ki BHARAT RATNA laanti HIGHEST HONOR OF CIVILIAN award ivvatam entha varaku correct? is it not lowering the standards of the awards? anthaga sports ni encourage cheyyali anukuntee..rajeev KHEL RATNA anee award undi kadaa...adi ichaaru kadaa....DHYAN CHAND ..is more eligible than Sachin in that case as he brought the first gold medal in HOCKEY which is INDIAN NATIONAL GAME .

there are many other players like VISHWANATHAN ANAND who become the WORLD GRAND MASTER....there is BHAI CHUNG BHUTIA..the lone soccer star...there is ..MILKA SINGH,P.T.USHA, ASWANU NAA CHEPPA..and many other FIELD and TRACK athletes..who have given their BLOOD and Sweat and have not earned their minimum bread and butter unlike sachin who has made millions and millions with advertising contracts and gifts from other sports stars and agencies.

Even in cricket..i think DHONI is much more eligible than Sachin...as he has brought INDIA the WORLD CUP in all formats of cricket, 20-20,50 overs, 60 overs ..and brought the team to NO:1 ranking in test series as well..Also, DHONI has come from a newly carved, rural backdrop native...unlike sachin who had gavaskar and other likes as his coach...after Achrekar. GANGULY..also shaped Indian team ..Dravid was the supportive pillar...Sehwag was the match winner..Kapil Dev brought the cup...i don;t know how sachin can be eligible for such a HIGHEST HONOR...except..looking at his craze,bank balance and individual records.....

In my personal opinion i think there are MANY OTHER DESERVING people for this award in other fields of Politics and Social Service. MEDHA PATKAR...N.T.R etc...

I feel a lot patriotic like army ones are being overlooked...and the govt is really going on the public hulchul about these awards..
so No to Sachin wud be my answer.
